This lecture adopts a neuropsychodynamic approach of personal and organisational life by looking at conscious and unconscious neural stimulation of behaviour. It integrates neurosciences, psycho-analysis and management studies in an excellent and highly accessible way and answers the question of why behavioural change begins and ends within our brain.
