Personal Feedback Report (PFR)

Feedback makes us aware of people’s perceptions of us. The Personal Feedback Report (PFR) is structured to elicit formal feedback from those who know you best, your partner, family members, and close friends. Coupled with a 360-degree feedback survey from professional relationships (the GELI, for example), their feedback allows you to evaluate whether those with whom you have the closest personal relationships see you in the same way as your professional acquaintances.

The PFR consists of two questionnaires, your own and one completed by four to six observers. These are compared to highlight differences and similarities in the answers and can be used as an effective guide for future behavior.
