New Hires On-Boarding

KDVI helps executives transition into new roles (such as CEO or GM). Working with senior management, we make a careful assessment of the prerequisites of the role, the nature of the working environment (organizational culture), and the skills/competencies required. Subsequently, we make an assessment of the candidate’s capabilities, motivation, work history, and patterns of behavior, as well as values and aspirations that may or may not be consistent with the expectations of the role and the culture of the organization. Finally, we offer feedback to both client and candidate. For senior hires, we also engage in on-boarding, providing follow-up support, and leadership coaching and training.
