The Leadership Archetype Questionnaire (LAQ) is a 360-degree survey instrument for organizational leaders, designed to help you identify your own style of leadership and formulate appropriate development objectives through data gathered from two core teams to which you belong. It provides a means for developing an executive team in which multiple leadership archetypes are represented: strategist, change-catalyst, transactor, builder, innovator, processor, coach, and communicator.
