The most effective intervention has three stages:
1. interviews with the key stakeholders.
2. the “Leadership Audit" is prepared and presented to the participants during the first workshop. This intervention will last 2-3 days. The number of participants is limited.
3. a follow-up process is designed, comprising a two day workshop approximately three months later, in addition to individual coaching
As preparation for the intervention the participants have to complete a number of multi-part feedback instruments.
