Inner Theater Inventory (ITI)

Each of us has a very specific outlook toward the world, a unique inner theater. The thematic imagery in our inner theater—the scripts—determines our way of interpreting the world and influences our behavior and actions. It explains why we do what we do, and why we behave in certain ways.

The Inner Theater Inventory (ITI) is a 360-degree survey instrument for executives and others that will help you understand the drivers in your own inner theater—the values, beliefs, and attitudes that guide your behavior. Its questionnaire is designed to help you:

- develop greater self-awareness
- identify the primary life anchors that drive you
- develop a lifestyle more congruent with your values and belief systems.
