KDVI Associates

Our associates are trained to a high level in clinical organizational psychology and leadership consulting. We work with a core team from around the world from places as diverse as Scandinavia, Singapore and Seattle. Many of our consultants have been themselves trained by Manfred Kets de Vries himself on the Consulting and Coaching for Change programme (CCC) at INSEAD Business School in France. On top of this each of them is handpicked for their original thinking, diverse approach and critical analysis. All of our consultants have a long history in consulting interventions and have worked at the highest levels in organizations with senior executives and at leading business schools.
