The Global Leadership Fellows Programme of the World Economic Forum is an intensive programme designed to develop and train future global leaders.
Each year, the World Economic Forum selects and hires around 30 talented individuals, to join a 3-year programme as a Global Leadership Fellow. During an academic week in Geneva and a leadership week at INSEAD, the Fellows learn to coach and are coached, learn about techniques that allow them to better understand self, using various tools, including several 360 degree feedbacks. Further covered topics include: Irrational behavior in organizations; the role of emotional intelligence in decision making; the clinical paradigm in organizational analysis; relationship between personality, leadership style and corporate culture; leadership in a global world: cross-cultural dimensions of leadership and others.
